Hello there --

Blythe was my first girlfriend in 7th grade. She was (and is) a kind, creative, funny girl and, quite frankly, made junior highschool bearable. She introduced me to Narnia books and I introduced her to glam rock. I saw her again last year for the first time in over 30 years and we just picked up right we're we had left off -- it was a marvelous dinner.

She was a real friend to a lonely, scared little gay boy and her friendship is a special gift that I have carried throughout my life. I will always be grateful to her.
